Remember that if you are a resident in Spain you can deduct up to 80% from your donation!
Individuals- Amount to be deducted in personal income tax: The first €150 donation entitles you to a deduction from the 80%. From €150 you are entitled to a 35% deduction.
Legal Entities – Amount to be deducted in the IS: Companies are entitled to a 35% deduction from their donations.
